Vendor Setup Time: 8:00 am – 11:00 am
Food Vendor & Fire Inspection: 10:00 am
Event Time: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm

Payments made ASAP to book your space, event promotion has started.

  • Food Vendors: $500. Filled for this event, please contact us about our next event.
  • Booth Fee: $250. Includes Promo & Banner Ad
  • Craft Vendor: $100

General regulations, commonalities & frequently asked questions:

  • All vendors are responsible for their own area setup & trash.
  • Water is sold exclusively by the festival.
  • NO REFUNDS. Rain or Shine Event.
  • Break down time starts at 6:00 pm, no late setups or early breakdowns.
  • All food vendors must have certifications from the NM State Environmental Division.
  • Placement of booths will be determined by the event planner, whose decision is final.
  • All spaces are 10’x10′; if you require additional space, an additional fee will be required.
  • It is recommended vendors bring a covered tent or pop up, tables and chairs.
  • Ice will not be provided by the event.
  • Vehicles are not allowed in the park during the event.
  • Per CDC requirement masks are now mandatory in the state of New Mexico.
